What the appointment form does
The form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, what you're interested in, a preferred date and time, and optionally your email, occasion date and notes. When you continue, the website builds a message from those details and opens WhatsApp. The website itself does not store or send your details. Nothing is shared with Atelier Nur until you tap Send in WhatsApp.
Who processes it
Once you send it, your message is delivered through WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Calls and emails you make to us are handled by your phone or email provider and ours. The website is hosted on Lovable's hosting infrastructure, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your visit. We do not send marketing messages based on this form.
